Welcome to Hampton Woods Condominium. On behalf of the Association, we hope you will enjoy your home in this great community. Our objective is to maintain Hampton Woods as an enjoyable, environmentally friendly, secure place to live.
The Board is the contracting authority for the community and is the final arbiter of neighborly disputes and interpreting Community Rules & Regulations, Bylaws and guidelines.
Details of these policies are listed on the Governing Documents page. The Rules & Regulations are common sense rules that take into consideration the health, safety and comfort of all residents. We hope you will find them reasonable and that you will cooperate by upholding them.
The Board consists of seven volunteer members, elected by the property owners at the Annual Meeting held each year in July. All members serve a 3-year term. Terms are staggered with a 3-2-2 rotation. Board members are not compensated for their time, nor do they receive any reduction of dues or fines if assessed.
